• As a Know Your Business Partner Junior Specialist, perform day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities.
• Support stakeholders through end-to-end Know Your Business Partner processes.
• Monitor and analyze risk exposure across third-party portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across countries to ensure effective communication.
• Manage task intake, prioritization, and tracking using provided systems and tools.
• Support documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Know Your Business Partner Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Executing day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines
• Providing support to stakeholders throughout the end-to-end Know Your Business Partner process, ensuring smooth execution of tasks
• Assisting in the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite and exposure guidelines
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across various countries to ensure effective communication and task execution
• Managing task intake, prioritizing, and tracking tasks using provided systems and tools
• Supporting the team in maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvements

About our future employee

You should speak business English min. on B2 level and have 0-2 years of experience and basic knowledge and understanding of risk/compliance.
