Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• At least 2 years’ practical legal experience.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
• Strong contract management and risk assessment skills.
• Experience with data protection and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documents within your area.
• Support the full contract lifecycle, including amendments and terminations.
• Advise stakeholders on legal risks and compliance; escalate when needed.
• Provide timely responses to legal inquiries and manage work via the ticketing system.
• Support data protection reviews and corporate governance efforts.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardize legal processes.
