Job summary

Biopharma Careers in Wrocław is seeking a Junior Tax Services Specialist to support BI global partners across the EMEA region with CIT, WHT, VAT and tax accounting obligations. You will gather, reconcile and validate data for filings and assist in preparing tax declarations for BI entities in multiple countries.

You should be fluent in English and have at least 1 year of experience in tax consulting or a comparable role, ideally in a shared service environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and at least 1 year of professional experience in tax or a comparable role.
• Experience with CIT, WHT, VAT or Tax Accounting is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Law, or related field.
• Willingness to learn and work in a global shared service environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather data for CIT, WHT, VAT and tax accounting for multiple countries.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validation of data.
• Coordinate tax-related changes and postings within GBS.
• Prepare tax returns and fiscal reports within deadlines across subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax, GBS teams and external stakeholders.
