Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wroclaw is seeking a Know Your Business Partner Junior Specialist to join our Global Business Services team. The role focuses on day-to-day third-party risk management and supporting end-to-end KYBP processes within a dynamic risk framework.

The candidate should have 0–2 years of experience, a business English level of B2, and a bachelor’s degree in risk/compliance or related fields.

Qualifications

• Fluency in business English (B2) is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in risk/compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in risk, compliance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Willingness to learn and grow in Third-Party Risk Management.
• Strong customer focus and ability to partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities following established processes.
• Support stakeholders throughout the Know Your Business Partner process to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor and analyze risk exposure across the third-party portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across countries to ensure effective communication.
• Manage task intake, prioritization, and tracking using provided systems and tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Know Your Business Partner Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Executing day-to-dayThird-Party Risk Managementactivities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines.
• Providing support to stakeholders throughout theend-to-end Know Your Business Partner process, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
• Assisting in the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite and exposure guidelines.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across various countries to ensure effective communication and task execution.
