Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager to oversee an Azure to GitHub migration project. The initial contract is six months, with potential extensions, and a hybrid working arrangement requiring three days on site in Copenhagen.

You will coordinate software development teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery in an Agile environment. Strong English communication and the ability to join within 2–3 weeks are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in IT or software development.
• Experience coordinating software engineering and development teams.
• Strong planning, delivery, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or code migration projects.
• Experience supporting Azure DevOps and GitHub environments is desirable.
• Excellent English communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to join within 2–3 weeks of offer.

RED has a new contract opportunity for a Junior Technical Project Manager to join one of our key partners for an Azure to GitHub code migration project.

The initial contract will be for 6 months with potential extensions based on project requirements.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with 3 days per week on site in Copenhagen.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 2-5 years of project management experience within IT or software development environments.
• Experience working closely with software engineering and development teams.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and delivery experience.
• Exposure to software delivery, application development, DevOps, CI/CD, or code migration projects.
• Experience supporting Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar development tool environments is highly desirable.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile, or rapidly changing organisations.
• Previous experience supporting Azure DevOps to GitHub migration initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Able to join within 2-3 weeks of offer.
