Job summary

ADM’s Global Business Services (GBS) team acts as the productivity engine, supporting 32 countries with a diverse, international environment. We seek a Junior Travel & Expense Specialist to manage SAP Concur profiles, audit expense reports, and handle month-end activities, collaborating with the T&E team and Audit department.

You will work in Poznań on a hybrid model (3 days onsite) and benefit from private medical care, Multisport, ACCA/CIMA study support, and language courses in a global,

Qualifications

• BA degree or higher
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Problem solving and can-do attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-starter with ability to manage workload
• Experience with SAP Concur/Travel & Expense is a plus
• Willingness to work 3 days per week from Poznań office

Responsibilities

• Activate, modify and deactivate employee profiles in SAP Concur
• Audit expense reports per policy and standards
• Post expense reports into ERP systems
• Perform reconciliation reports
• Manage Service Now ticketing system
• Coordinate with ADM employees to provide expense reports support
• Prepare reports for T&E team, ADM locations and Audit
• Participate in process improvement projects
• Support month-end closing activities for T&E

Your Responsibilities as a Junior Travel & Expense (T&E) Specialist :

• Activation, changes and deactivation of employee profiles in SAP Concur,
• Auditing expense reports according to Travel & Expense Policy and company standards,
• Posting expense reports into various ERP systems,
• Performing reconciliation reports,
• Managing Service Now – ticketing system,
• Contacting with ADM Employees to provide expense reports support,
• Preparation of reports for the needs of the T&E team, ADM locations and Audit department,
• Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process,
• Supporting T&E team in the month-end closing activities.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a Shared Services and international environment (would be an advantage),
• At least BA degree,
• Fluent English-spoken and written,
• Problem solving and “Can do” attitude,
• Good organizational skills,
• Ability to communicate effectively,
• Good MS Excel and Power Point knowledge,
• Self-starter with ability to manage own workload to meet agreed deadlines,
• SAP Concur/Travel and Expense process experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznał office.
