UPM Raflatac Sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Junior Specialist/Specialist, HR (Spanish/Finnish) to support learning and development within the Develop & Perform team. You will coordinate training programs, advise on HR processes, and ensure smooth administration, including Workday data handling and reporting.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication, learning new systems quickly, and contributing to a global HR function in a hybrid work setting.

• Strong command of English with good proficiency in Spanish and Finnish.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

• Support employee growth and development by coordinating engaging classroom and digital training programs
• Guide employees and managers on HR processes and policies

Additional information about the position
