Motorola Solutions in Krakow, Poland, seeks a Junior Specialist in Product Operations to ensure accurate product data and smooth launches. You will work with product management, sales, supply chain, and engineering to keep data current and accessible for ordering and quoting.

You will configure attributes for pricelists, manage tickets, and support lifecycle transitions while collaborating with IT for improvements and documenting processes.

Qualifications

• University degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
• 1+ years of experience in a technical role in a large company.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Oracle PLM, Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, Slack, etc.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain product data across platforms (Oracle PLM, Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP).
• Enable sales by configuring product attributes for pricelists, quoting tools, and eCommerce platforms.
• Manage and resolve a high volume of product operations tickets with timely solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to disseminate product information.
• Support product lifecycle transitions by managing availability status and dates.
• Enter prices for new product introductions and adjust existing products as needed.
• Drive data accuracy, availability, quality and integrity across tools.
• Document processes and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

You will work closely with product management, order management, sales, supply chain, demand planning, marketing, engineering, and other key stakeholders.
