Electrolux Poland Spolka z o.o. in Krakow is seeking a Junior Spares Documentation Engineer to create and maintain spare parts documentation for appliances, enabling service and repair activities.

You will work with the R&A team, support stakeholders, and ensure accurate spare parts information throughout the product lifecycle. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the role

As a Junior Spares Documentation Engineer, you will play an important role in creating and maintaining spare parts documentation for appliances, ensuring that service and repair activities can be carried out efficiently. The role involves cooperation with the R&A team and regular support for relevant stakeholders to ensure effective service support and the availability of accurate spare parts information throughout the product lifecycle. This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.

In detail, you will:

• Monitor changes in production and product development for a range of household appliances and ensure related documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Prepare spare parts lists within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Create and maintain entries in spares databases, define spare parts, and update electrical diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest product and production changes.
• Support the Spares Planning team in optimizing spare parts availability and supply processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation quality and accuracy.
