About the role

Creation and maintenance of spares documentation in a way that will enable quick and efficient diagnostics and repair of household appliances and also supporting Spares Planning and Service Operations to ensure high quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Please be advised that this position is offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring changes in production and development for various appliances and keeping it up to date with running production changes.
• Preparing spare part lists for appliances within a defined timeline.
• Creating entries in spares databases, defining spare parts, creating drawings and modification of electrical diagrams.
• Supporting Spares Planning Team to optimize the supply process.

• Ability to correctly interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of graphics editing software.
• Basic technical knowledge on operation of household appliances.
• Strong self‑organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented approach.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions.

• Knowledge of databases, SQL and Power BI would be a strong advantage.

You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide. We are dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
