The role is a fixed-term 9-month contract based in our modern Krakow office, with opportunities to improve documentation standards and processes while delivering high-quality information for service

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with graphics editing software.
• Solid understanding of household appliances and their operation.
• Experience with technical documentation or product data.

Responsibilities

• Support spare parts planning to optimize availability.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation quality and data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes supporting service operations.
