Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kraków is seeking an FP&A Business Analyst to join the Global Shared Service Center. You will deliver managerial reporting for corporate functions, provide financial insights, and support planning, budgeting, and continuous process improvements.

The role emphasizes data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of daily to quarterly management reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Academic background in finance, engineering, business, or related field.
• Fluent business English is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proactive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of critical business activities and units to identify opportunities and risks, including monitoring structural costs.
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insights on operational trends.
• Participate in period-end closing activities.
• Provide analytical support in planning and review processes for forecasts and budgets.
• Contribute to development of financial models and ad hoc analyses.
• Support automated reporting processes and schedules for internal and external reporting.
• Assist in workforce and operations planning reporting and coordination.
• Support other FP&A tasks to ensure timely deliverables.

All about the role:

As an FP&A Business Analyst, you are part of the backbone delivering the managerial reporting within the Corporate functions and structural costs excellence organization, as well as driving in-depth analysis of the results. In a dynamic and fast-moving environment, you act as a financial advisor by providing decision-making support, business intelligence and financial performance reporting. In this role, you will prepare daily, monthly and quarterly management reports, in-depth analysis and participate in continuous improvement efforts across our processes.

What you'll do:

• Perform in-depth analysis of critical business activities and business units in order to determine upcoming business opportunities and risks, including monitoring and optimization of structural cost base
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insights on operational trends within the business
• Participate in the period-end closing activities
• Play a key role in the business planning and review processes, providing analytical and strategic support to internal customers throughout the business
• Participate in the creation of annual forecasts and budgets, as well as advanced quantitative analysis and financial models
• Assist with the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting schedules, as well as automating reporting processes
• Play a strategic role in the reporting and planning of the company’s workforce and operational management
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks to ensure the FP&A team manages its deliverables

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Academic degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• Experience within Finance function (finance, accounting, tax and/or business analysis)
• Fluency in English (business English)
• Excellence in MS Office suite (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly proactive and self-motivated team player with great social and communication skills
• Tech savvy with strong interest in financial systems
