Job summary

Electrolux Group in Krakow is seeking a Junior Technical Writer to elevate product documentation in an international setting. You will create and update manuals and guides, following strict guidelines and manufacturing processes, while learning from senior teammates.

The role emphasizes strong English proficiency, learning new software quickly, and precise, detail-oriented work. Hybrid work, with exposure to HR, Finance and IT teams across Europe, awaits you.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Interest in new technologies - able to learn about new software and appliances in a short period of time.
• Advanced task and time management skills.
• Multitasking skills - good in setting priorities in challenging environment and working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Precision and great attention to detail and focused on maintaining high quality of work.
• Knowledge of writing documentation will be a plus.
• Able to work with shared content, in constant communication with team members.
• Skilled communicator, effective in searching for information and analysing it.
• Able to work under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and update technical documentation following provided guidelines and standards
• Learn and follow documentation processes related to manufacturing
• Support the team by completing documentation tasks on time and with attention to quality
• Perform basic quality checks on documentation and ensure accuracy
• Work with internal teams to collect information needed for documentation
• Participate in team meetings and meetings with stakeholders
• Work on assigned tasks while learning from and receiving guidance from senior team members
• Share knowledge and ask questions to support team collaboration and learning
• Follow Electrolux policies and act in a professional and responsible manner
