G2A in Kraków is seeking a Junior Software Engineer (Typescript/Node.js) to join our friendly team and help develop in a global tech company. You will grow your skills, collaborate, and contribute to projects in a supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of commercial experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js.
• Familiarity with algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Experience with code reviews, testing, CI/CD.
• Experience building scalable microservices.
• Team player with good communication.
• Knowledge of Golang is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design, code, and test TypeScript applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the application functions as intended.
• Sharing knowledge across the team.

You're a perfect match for the role if:

• You have at least 1-2 years of commercial experience in similar position
• You have knowledge of TypeScript / NodeJs language
• You have knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• You have experience with distributed systems
• You have experience in engineering practices: code reviews, testing, CI, CD
• You have experience with increasing scalability and developing/creating efficient microservices
• You're a team player
• You are responsible and communicate

An additional advantage would be:

• Knowledge of Golang language
