Job summary

Egnyte is hiring a software engineer to develop scalable components serving over 350k daily users. Collaborate with UX, product owners, QA, and other developers to deliver top user experiences.

You will ship clean, fast, well-tested code in an interdisciplinary team and contribute to a product handling 1.2 million requests per minute, while learning and sharing knowledge in a quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to solve complex problems and courage to take on the most challenging tasks.
• At least 2+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable applications.
• Experience with Java and Spring ecosystem.
• Quality-driven software developer—striving for high quality of software is important for us at Egnyte.
• Experience with using AI tools at work

Responsibilities

• Developing system components throughout the whole product lifecycle. Building a scalable and maintainable product used by over 350 thousand users every day
• Cooperating closely with UX designers, product owners, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver top user experience in the app
• Contribute to a product that handles 1.2 million requests every minute.
• Work in an interdisciplinary, quality-driven team.
• Ship clean, performant, and well-tested code.
