Egnyte in Poznań, Poland is seeking a Jr Software Engineer - Backend to help build scalable backend systems used by thousands of users daily. You’ll work with Java and Spring, collaborate with designers, product owners, QA, and other developers to deliver robust features.

You’ll contribute to a product handling millions of requests, ship clean, tested code, and learn from teammates in a value-driven, inclusive environment. Egnyte offers growth, English classes, and private medical care.

Formación

• Ability to solve complex problems and courage to take on the most challenging tasks.
• At least 2+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable applications.
• Experience with Java and Spring ecosystem.
• Quality-driven software developer—high quality of software is important for us at Egnyte.
• Experience with using AI tools at work.

• Developing system components throughout the whole product lifecycle. Building a scalable and maintainable product used by over 350 thousand users every day
• Cooperating closely with UX designers, product owners, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver top user experience in the app
• Contribute to a product that handles 1.2 million requests every minute.
• Work in an interdisciplinary, quality-driven team.
• Ship clean, performant, and well-tested code.
• Get to voice your ideas and have a real impact on how we work and what we work on.

Our CFS teams are working on core features and components that are used by many services/clients. Team is building the main application that is being used by all our customers.
