Job summary

OPmobility is seeking an RTR Accounting Professional to be based in Kraków, Poland. You will manage general ledger activities, journal entries, intercompany reconciliations and fixed assets in SAP, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

The role requires 2–3 years in RTR/GL, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and French, with a hybrid work setup in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of RTR/General Ledger/Financial Accounting experience, preferably in SSC/GBS or multinational
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and month-end close processes.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and intercompany accounting.
• ERP proficiency: SAP or similar, plus advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day General Ledger accounting activities ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, provisions, prepayments and intercompany entries.
• Manage Fixed Assets module in SAP including additions, disposals and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and timely reporting.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and contribute to financial reporting.
• Collaborate with BPO partner to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies.
