Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Quality & Inventory Associate to support daily fulfillment operations at our Adamów Distribution Center.

You will help ensure inventory accuracy, audit warehouse processes, and identify root causes of discrepancies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes efficiency, data-driven improvements, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with basic logistics processes including Receiving, Unpacking, Picking, Packing, Sorting.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication skills across teams and with customers.
• Focused on efficiency, optimization, and meeting customer needs.
• Capable of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced setting.
• Open to 3-shift work schedule and understanding of warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control and counts.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations and fulfill problematic orders daily.
• Identify causes of inventory discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct quality audits of warehouse processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies when needed.
• Collaborate with Allegro teams to meet KPIs for Fulfillment Operations at Adamów DC.
• Perform product measurement checks and participate in quality projects.

Job description

• On a daily basis, you will support operations in carrying out key warehouse processes—you will manage the fulfillment of problematic orders
• You will be responsible for identifying the causes of inventory discrepancies and recommending corrective actions
• Your responsibilities will include conducting quality audits of warehouse processes
• You will ensure inventory accuracy and, when necessary, resolve inventory discrepancies
• You will collaborate with other Allegro teams to ensure the achievement of KPIs for Fulfillment Operations at the Adamów Distribution Center
• You will perform product measurement checks
• You will participate in projects related to implementing, improving, and maintaining quality in accordance with internal requirements and those specified by the client
• We expect you to observe warehouse processes daily from the perspective of the quality department and to propose many valuable ideas for improvement
• You will participate in projects related to implementing, improving, and maintaining quality in accordance with internal requirements.
• You will collaborate with other Allegro teams to ensure the highest quality of logistics services provided by the FC

• Are open to working a 3-shift schedule: 6 a.m.-2 p.m. / 2 p.m.-10 p.m. / 10 p.m.-6 a.m.
• Understand the principles of warehouse management and inventory control
• Have experience conducting inventory counts
