Job summary

GlobalLogic is looking for a Danish-speaking support professional to join our Wrocław team. This entry-level role focuses on assisting clients, maintaining high service standards, and collaborating within a team.

The position requires Danish (B2) and English (B2), strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail. Office-based with standard hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Danish language (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines.
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation.
• Attention to detail.

• Nice to have: GIS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client's inquiries.
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs.
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data.
• Working in the ticketing system.
