Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wrocław is seeking a Junior Project Support Specialist with Danish to start your IT journey. If you’ve just finished studies and want to use Danish daily while gaining first professional experience, this role fits you.

You will work from the office, Monday–Friday, collaborating with a team on client inquiries, adapting to project KPIs, and maintaining data confidentiality in a structured ticketing system.

Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Danish language (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines.
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation.
• Client focus.
• Nice to have : GIS system experience.

• Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries
