Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wrocław is looking for a curious, German-speaking trainee to start their IT journey. If you recently finished studies and want first professional experience, this hybrid role connects you with real projects and a supportive team.

You will provide support, resolve client inquiries, and work with ticketing systems while maintaining data confidentiality. Strong English and German, analytical thinking, and teamwork are essential.

Important details:

Hybrid work model

Standard working hours (9am - 5 pm in the winter, 10 am - 6 pm in the summer)

Working on shifts from Monday to Sunday (incl. holidays)

Requirements
