Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wrocław is seeking a Danish-speaking candidate who has just finished studies and wants to gain first professional IT experience. This role offers office-based work and standard hours Monday through Friday, with language work as the core.

You will provide support to clients, resolve inquiries, and maintain data confidentiality while using a ticketing system. English at B2 and analytic, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Danish language (min. B2 level).
• English knowledge (min. B2 level).
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and comprehend project policy guidelines.
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation; client-focused mindset.
• Nice to have GIS experience.
