Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wrocław is seeking a language support role focused on Swedish or Norwegian, with English at B2. Join our IT services team and gain early professional experience in a global tech environment from our office in Wrocław.

You will handle client inquiries, work with KPIs, and use our ticketing system while maintaining confidentiality. This entry-level position emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and ongoing learning within a diverse, inclusive company.

Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian (min. B2).
• Knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines.

• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation.
• Nice to have GIS system experience.
