Huawei Warsaw is seeking a Junior Project Manager – Telekomunikacja to support telecom projects, assist with checks, coordinate activities and learn Huawei technologies.

You will work with cross-functional teams, report progress to stakeholders, and help ensure deadlines while developing in a multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• PM coordination experience welcomed.
• Educational background in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field welcome but not required.
• Basic knowledge of telecom technologies is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support the delivery of telecommunications projects, including equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist with technical checks and ensure project activities meet requirements.
• Support identification and resolution of technical issues with experienced team members.
• Participate in network upgrades, service migration, and implementation of new solutions.
• Learn Huawei products and technologies and support their implementation in customer projects.
• Coordinate daily project activities and cooperate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Support project planning, task coordination, and follow-up to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of telecommunications projects, including equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist with technical checks and ensure that project activities are completed according to requirements.

Requirements

• Good command of English, both spoken and written, and the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to share updates, ask questions, report potential issues, and follow up on tasks.
• A proactive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn and develop.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Project coordination or project management experience is welcome and will be considered a strong advantage.
• An educational background in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field is welcome but not required.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications or related technologies is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is equally important. Relevant areas include:

• Core Networks: basic understanding of telecommunications network systems.
• Wireless Networks: 2G, 3G, LTE, or 5G technologies.
• IP Networks: basic networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Transmission Networks: optical networks and DWDM.
• Digital Power: power supply systems, UPS, photovoltaics, and energy solutions for mobile base stations.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team.
