Job summary

Huawei Europe is seeking a Junior ICT Engineer in Warsaw, Poland. The role targets talented students and recent graduates who want to begin and grow a career in the ICT industry.

You may work in Wireless Networks, Core Networks, IT Infrastructure, IP/Transmission, Applications and Software, or Digital Power areas. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field, have basic ICT knowledge, and can commit to full-time work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of ICT, telecommunications, computer networks, IT infrastructure, or related technologies.
• Availability to work full-time (at least 35 hours per week).
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Polish.

• Support early-career engineers in ICT projects across LTE/5G, IP, and IT infra.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for talented students and recent graduates who want to start and develop their careers in the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) industry.

Depending on your educational background, technical interests, and business needs, you may have the opportunity to work in one of the following technical areas:

• Wireless Networks (LTE, 5G)
• Core Networks (CS, PS)
• IT Infrastructure (servers, storage)
• IP and Transmission Networks (routing, switching, optical networks, access networks, microwave transmission)

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Recent graduates and final-year university students are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of ICT, telecommunications, computer networks, IT infrastructure, or related technologies. Previous engineering experience or an internship will be an asset
• Availability to work full-time (at least 35 hours per week)
• Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Polish
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and explore new technologies
