Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Junior Project Manager in Poland to lead construction projects for data centers and similar facilities. You will be the primary client interface, coordinate design, scheduling and costs, and ensure safety, environmental compliance, and timely delivery.

You will develop relationships, resolve conflicts, prepare contract documents, and collaborate with marketing and business development as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in an Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Pharma / Data Center / Real estate or similar technical environment.
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction.
• Understanding of the total project life cycle from inception to post-project review.
• Excellent knowledge of main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Excellent Polish and English with strong report and bid writing skills.
• Thrives in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface

• Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc
• Managing project safety and environmental requirements
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
• Co-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery
• Contract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates
• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface

• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Proven project management experience, gained within an Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Pharma / Data Center / Real estate or similar technical environment.
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
• A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
• Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken Polish and English with excellent report and bid writing skills
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
