Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Poland is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support complex projects across real estate, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. You will act as the key client interface, coordinate design processes, track timelines, budgets and risks, and help deliver project outcomes.

Join a global team and contribute to resource planning, contract documentation, and reporting. Strong Polish and English writing skills, plus an ability to work under pressure, are essential for success

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, pharma, data center or real estate environments.
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction.
• Thorough understanding of the project life cycle from inception to post-completion.
• Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Polish and English written and spoken communication.
• Strong report writing and bid writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
• Develop working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.
• Manage the design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations.
• Review project plans, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Manage project safety and environmental requirements.
• Manage project timelines, risks and reporting.
• Manage project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track.
• Engage with marketing and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery.
• Draft contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents.
• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Job Description

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface

• Co-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery
• Contract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents
• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, gained within an Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Pharma / Data Center / Real estate or similar technical environment.
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
• A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
• Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken Polish and English with excellent report and bid writing skills
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
