Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Junior Project Manager in Poland. You will manage complex projects, build client relationships, and drive programs to successful completion while coordinating design, safety, timelines and budgets to meet client needs.

The role requires fluency in Polish and English, a solid understanding of the project life cycle, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, pharma, data center or real estate.
• Qualification in project management, engineering or construction.
• Understanding of the full project life cycle from inception to post-project review.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• Excellent Polish and English with report and bid writing skills.
• Motivated and client-focused with drive to deliver.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
• Develop relationships, problem solve and drive projects to completion.
• Manage design process to meet client requirements and expectations.
• Review project plans, scheduling, costs saving measures and potential issues.
• Oversee project safety and environmental requirements.
• Track timelines, risks and reporting.
• Manage budgets and advise on keeping budgets on track.
• Coordinate with marketing and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor scope with project delivery.
• Draft contract documents per approved templates and ensure timely processing.
• Apply strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Junior Project Manager in Poland. Responsibilities include:

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc
• Managing project safety and environmental requirements
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
• Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
• Co-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery
• Contract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents
• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, gained within an Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Pharma / Data Center / Real estate or similar technical environment.
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
• A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
• Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken Polish and English with excellent report and bid writing skills
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
