Qualifications

• First professional experience in project management or coordination (internships welcome).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in transition and Knowledge Transfer or similar scope.
• Fluency in English (French or other local languages a plus).
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive local project implementation by planning, coordinating, and executing activities.
• Act as main contact for Hubs, Local Entities, and GPOs; ensure alignment with Target Finance Processes.
• Monitor convergence toward Target Finance Processes; facilitate Fit-Gap workshops and gather requirements.
• Coordinate weekly transition wave status updates to provide visibility on progress, risks and issues.
• Organize governance meetings; maintain action plans and follow-up on actions.
• Monitor KPIs during hypercare; escalate delays or issues when necessary.
• Support and guide the Junior Project Manager in daily execution and documentation.

In this role, you will support Project Managers in the delivery of finance transition projects, coordinating day-to-day activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring effective communication between local teams, Shared Service Centers, and Global Process Owners.

Requirements

• first professional experience in project management, coordination, or a related field (internships considered),
• good organizational skills and attention to detail, comfortable supporting multiple workstreams in parallel,
• an interest in transition, Knowledge Transfer, or similar scope,
• fluency in English (French or other local languages a plus),
• a proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• drive local project implementation by planning, coordinating, and executing project activities,
• act as the main point of contact for Hubs, Local Entities, and GPOs, ensuring alignment with Target Finance Processes, identifying gaps, and coordinating remediation actions,
• monitor and support local entities in converging toward Target Finance Processes by facilitating Fit-Gap workshops, gathering Hub-specific requirements, and addressing process deviations,
• support in coordinate activities across Hubs and consolidate weekly transition wave status updates to provide visibility on progress, risks, and key issues,
• organize and facilitate governance meetings, maintain action plans, track open items, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions,
• support in monitoring KPIs during the hypercare phase, ensure milestones are met, and escalated delays or issues when necessary,
• support and guide the Junior Project Manager in daily project execution and documentation, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables.
