Lingaro is seeking a Junior Program Communications Specialist in Poland to support the AI Adoption Program within the Transformation & Strategy Department. You will create internal communications, organize knowledge, and simplify complex topics for a diverse audience.

You will help maintain a structured knowledge hub (SharePoint), ensure content is current, and contribute to various program initiatives. This role values curiosity about AI and a proactive approach to learning.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills and ability to translate complex topics into clear content.
• Fluent English (C1+) both written and spoken.
• Love for structure and order; keep knowledge hubs and SharePoint organized.
• Some exposure to internal communications, content, or change management.
• Experience in a tech or transformation environment is a plus.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and new technologies; eager to learn and use new tools.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Communications tasks for internal programs (~70%): presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, emails, VE posts, onboarding and training materials, and visuals.
• Help drive adoption of new tools and processes through practical content and how-to guides.
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging content for varied audiences.
• Knowledge Management tasks (~25%): maintain and improve the program knowledge hub (SharePoint), keep materials current, and easy to navigate.
• Support a clear content architecture so people can find information without asking.
• Assist with other Transformation & Strategy initiatives as needed (~5%).

Junior Program Communications Specialist

You'll support strategic programs run by our Transformation & Strategy Department through content creation, communications, and knowledge management. Right now, that means the AI Adoption Program at Lingaro – but programs evolve, priorities shift, and so will your focus.

What stays constant: you'll help create great content, keep knowledge organized, and make it easier for people to understand what's changing and why.

Tasks:

Content Creation & Communications (~70%)

Create and co-create internal communications aligned with program goals – presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, emails, VE posts, onboarding and training materials, impact stories, visuals, and videos (in coordination with our creative teams).

Help drive adoption of new tools and processes through practical, useful content – announcements, how-to guides, tips & tricks.

Help translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.

Use AI tools in your daily work to create content faster and better.

Knowledge Management (~25%)

Help maintain and improve the program knowledge hub (SharePoint) – keep it well-structured, current, and easy to navigate.

Support a clear content architecture so people can find what they need without asking.

Regularly review and refresh existing materials – flag what's outdated, propose updates.

Other Program Support (as needed, ~5%)

Pitch in on other Transformation & Strategy initiatives when needed – for example, helping prepare content for Quarterly Portfolio Reviews.

What We're Looking For :

Strong content creation skills. You can take complex topics and turn them into clear, engaging content.

Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken. You can create polished content and communicate naturally with international stakeholders.

A love for structure and order. You enjoy keeping things organized (knowledge hubs, SharePoint sites). If something's outdated or hard to find, you'll fix it before anyone asks.

Some exposure to internal communications, content, or change management through work, internships, or university projects.

Experience in a tech or transformation environment is a nice-to-have.

Genuine curiosity about AI and new technologies. You don't need to be an expert, but you actively explore new tools, use them in your daily work, and are eager to keep learning.
