Job summary

Lingaro is seeking a senior leader to drive AI delivery and consulting while shaping business development and presales across DS/AI initiatives.

The role balances leadership and technical work, including architecture guidance, solution demos, and close collaboration with customers to deliver value across projects and engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• AI Delivery and Consulting: advise on architecture, lead technical team, ensure customer goals are met.
• Research DS/AI problems and define guidelines for others.
• Stay up-to-date with DS and AI market trends.
• Business development and profitability: cooperate with Lingaro sales and delivery teams to win opportunities.
• Prepare offers and presentations.
• Develop DS/AI business through early-stage involvement into DS/AI customer journey.
• DS/AI value proposition and offering creation; promote internally and externally.
• Evangelize Lingaro in the field of AI/ML.
• Monitor trends, competitors, market opportunities and prepare thought leadership content.
• Help teams achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across project lifecycle.

This role is a combination of leadership and technical skills where half of Your time will be spent on activities around business development, presales, offering definition, technology research, building demos, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership. Second half is working on projects for our customers as senior Data Scientist, AI Engineer, Technical Project Leader or AI Advisor.

Tasks:

AI Delivery and Consulting

• Depending on Your experience level acting as Senior Data Scientist, AI Architect or Consultant in Delivery of AI / GenAI projects – advising on the architecture, best practices, concepts, developing solution, leading technical team, etc. Making sure customer’s goals are met with technical vitality.
• Researching and preparing solutions for common DS/AI projects problems, defining the guidelines for others team
• Being up-to-date with DS and AI market trends.

Business development and profitability

• Cooperate with Lingaro sales and delivery teams to identify and win new opportunities.
• Offers and presentations preparation.
• Developing DS&AI business through early-stage involvement into DS&AI customer journey.
• DS&AI value proposition and offering creation. Promoting it within the company and outside.
• Evangelization of the whole Lingaro and its customers in the field of AI/ML.
• Monitoring of trends, competitors, market opportunities and preparing thought leadership content
• Helping team members and other units to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining relations with customers (mostly through close cooperation during project acquisition, delivery and maintenance)

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Expert knowledge in the field of Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, or Generative AI.
• Drive to understand business requirements and needs.
• Ability to combine technical and business topics.
• Excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage stress to achieve excellence under time constraints.
• Experience in working with stakeholders on different seniority and maturity level.
• Extensive experience in one of the following customer facing roles: consultant or advisor,technical presales, delivery leader, project manager, or business analyst.
• High ambition, motivation, and passion to achieve things that no one achieved before.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG industry.
• Experience in delivering AI advisory projects in area of AI strategy, adoption, architecture, or governance.
• Experience with business domains: Revenue Growth Management (RGM), including pricing & promo modelling.
• Experience with DS&AI domains: classical ML (classification, regression, forecasting), causality, A/B testing, measuring incremental impact.
