UBS is seeking a Junior Product Management & Project Specialist to support the Head Product Management within the Investments Operating Office for the Real Estate DACH platform in Wroclaw. You will gain broad exposure to valuations, governance, insurance and strategic initiatives.

The role offers ownership of workstreams and collaboration with product management, finance, risk and external partners, developing technical and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, real estate or a related field.
• Professional experience via internships, working student positions and entry-level roles in real estate, financial services or project management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a structured, detail-oriented working style.
• Affinity for AI and practical experience with AI technologies is a plus.
• Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Curiosity, motivation to learn, and ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in German and English for local and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the Valuation Office with coordination, preparation and review of valuations and reporting.
• Assist with valuation-related data management, QA and stakeholder presentations.
• Support Insurance Function across the real estate portfolio, including documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on insurance matters.
• Prepare analyses, reports and materials for management and governance bodies.
• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of strategic projects.
• Monitor project progress, milestones and stakeholder deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts.
• Support governance activities ensuring quality and compliance.

We're looking for a Junior Product Management & Project Specialist to support the Head Product Management within the Investments Operating Office in the management of key expert functions and project-related activities across the Real Estate DACH platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• supporting the Valuation Office in the coordination, preparation and review of valuations, analyses and reporting activities
• assisting with valuation-related data management, quality controls and management presentations
• supporting the Insurance Function in the administration, monitoring and coordination of insurance matters across the real estate portfolio
• maintaining and reviewing insurance-related documentation and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• preparing analyses, reports, presentations and decision-making materials for management, governance bodies and senior stakeholders
• supporting operational and administrative activities within Product Services and the Investments Operating Office
• assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of strategic and operational projects
• monitoring project progress, milestones, action items and stakeholder deliverables
• contributing to process improvement initiatives, automation efforts and the implementation of best practices
• supporting oversight and governance activities to ensure transparency, quality and compliance with internal requirements
• collaborating closely with product management, investment teams, finance, risk, external consultants and service providers
• taking responsibility for assigned workstreams and driving tasks independently from initiation to completion

The team

You will work within Product Services of the Investments Operating Office at UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG. The team is process owner of the valuation and the insurance Process as well as managing strategic and operational initiatives across the Real Estate Fund business.

As a Junior Product Management & Project Specialist, you will work closely with the Head Product Management and gain broad exposure to real estate investment management, governance and project delivery activities. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical, analytical and stakeholder management skills while building a strong understanding of the real estate investment business.

Your Skills And Experience

• bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, real estate or a related field, or comparable professional education
• professional experience through internships, working student positions and a entry-level role within real estate, financial services or project management is an advantage
• strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style
• a strong affinity for artificial intelligence (AI), coupled with practical experience in leveraging AI technologies and, ideally, agentic AI, would be considered a distinct advantage.
• excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• strong communication skills and the confidence to interact effectively with individuals as well as larger stakeholder groups
• intrinsically motivated, curious and eager to learn in a broad and dynamic environment
• proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of ownership
