Job summary

Vos Logistics in Kwidzyn offers an internship in Road Transport Operations. You will coordinate daily transportation processes for the operational team in a dynamic, distributed structure and build relationships across departments.

The internship trains you to coordinate transport orders, monitor drivers, plan routes, and collaborate with the technical, planning, customer service and quality teams to ensure efficient and timely deliveries. Two shifts: 7:30-16:00 and 11:00-19:00.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English and Polish is required.
• Independence and ability to work under time pressure.
• Graduate status or final year studies in Transport, Logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation processes for the operational team in Kwidzyn.
• Plan and supervise the execution of transport orders.
• Monitor drivers with category C+E licenses and determine optimal routes.
• Collaborate with the technical department for repairs, inspections and fleet maintenance.
• Work with international Planning, Customer Service and Quality teams to ensure timely deliveries.

We are looking for a person to coordinate daily transportation processes for our operational team in Kwidzyn. We value someone who is not afraid of a dynamic work environment and easily builds relationships, which is key in a distributed structure.

An employee hired for an internship will be trained in coordinating road transport processes, including planning and supervising the execution of transport orders. Their tasks will eventually include monitoring the work of drivers holding category C+E licenses, determining optimal routes, and responding promptly to operational issues as they arise. The position also involves collaboration with the technical department in planning repairs, inspections, and fleet vehicle maintenance. An important element of the role is close cooperation with international Planning, Customer Service, and Quality teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of transport services. Eventually working in a two-shift system: 7:30-16:00 and 11:00-19:00.
