Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Junior Premier Account Executive to serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned business clients, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality operational support.

You will research inquiries, support onboarding, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery, with a focus on accurate portfolio records and timely responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 2–3 years of customer service or client support experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and tactfully.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned business clients.
• Research and resolve operational inquiries, complaints, and account issues.
• Support client onboarding, program implementations, and account administration.
• Assist with delinquency management and account adjustments.
• Promote electronic and web-based solutions to improve client processes.
• Provide client training, updates, and timely follow-up on inquiries.
• Maintain accurate portfolio records and report service or operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage multiple client requests, priorities, and deadlines.
