Job summary

Raffles Europejski Warsaw invites applications for a Junior Sous Chef – Pastry. You will support daily pastry operations, assist in leading the team, and ensure exceptional desserts, pastries and bread for restaurants, banquets and events.

You will work under the Head Pastry Chef, helping to manage the pastry section with a focus on quality, innovation and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry, preferably in a hotel or luxury setting.
• Knowledge of dessert, pastry and bread-making techniques.
• Attention to detail and high standards of product quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet standards.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Pastry Chef in daily Pastry department operations.
• Supervise the quality and quantity of all products.
• Coordinate pastry production for outlets and hotel events.
• Create and introduce new desserts, pastries and ice-creams.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and training of Pastry team members.
• Ensure timely completion of orders and compliance with hotel standards.
