Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking a payments operations specialist to support high-quality payment runs, manage automatic and manual payments, and resolve payment issues for internal and external stakeholders. You will work in a collaborative team in Kraków, contributing to efficient P2P processes.

The role offers a hybrid work model, development opportunities in finance and analytics, and exposure to global clients across Capgemini.

Qualifications

• Higher education(also student status) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field is welcome.
• Availability to work in a shift model (2-3 afternoon/evening shifts per week).
• English at min. B2 level.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support daily P2P operations in line with procedures and SLA targets.
• Review transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues with vendors and stakeholders.
• Maintain high service quality and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and share process knowledge.
