Euronet Payments Infrastructure is seeking a motivated IT/Tech graduate to join the Project Delivery Team in Warsaw. You will support business analysis, design solutions, and configure systems in cross-functional settings.

Ideal candidates bring basic Linux/XML knowledge, SQL experience, and strong English/Polish communication. The role offers learning opportunities, diverse projects, and growth within a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from IT or Technical education are welcome.
• Experience in Financial/Fintech/Banking/EFT is a plus.
• Hands on with SQL-based databases (RDBMS or NoSQL).
• Basic knowledge of Linux and XML.
• Strong computer skills and quick learner of new tech.
• Fluent English and Polish, good communication.
• Analytical and good time management.
• Ability to work in geographically diversified teams.
• Comfort with IT and business process thinking.
• Multitasking capability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Analyst to define business needs and processes.
• Design solutions based on requirements and gap analysis.
• Translate specifications into solutions via integrations.
• Provide work estimates and technical plan for config/QA.
• Configure the system to meet requirements.
• Document configuration work and support Change Management.
• Coordinate with Development for enhancements and fixes.
• Conduct handover and training to end users.

• Support Business Analyst to define business needs, processes and system requirements

• Translate functional specification into solution through integrations and setup
• Provide work estimates and technical plan for configuration and QA work
