Job summary

Seargin, a dynamic multinational tech company operating in 50 countries, is looking for a Junior Master Data Management Support in Warsaw on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office).

You will join the Product & Substance Master Data team to find, transform, encode IDMP information, ensure data quality, and support BAU, backlog, and AI-tool development as needed. Fluent English required; MSc/PhD in chemistry or pharma preferred.

Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for a Junior Master Data Management Support.

Location: Warszawa - hybrid (2-3 days a week from the office)

Task:

As part of the Product & Substance Master Data team, this role is responsible for finding, extracting, transforming, checking and encoding IDMP-related information. The role requires comparing multiple datasets, ensuring data consistency and coherence, and recommending corrections and improvements to raise data quality across the business. The role will support Business as usual (BAU), backlog, as well as AI tool development requests as needed to backfill for the team as necessary

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Basic to advanced working knowledge of IDMP and product/substance master data concepts; background in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biology, or vaccinology (preferably Msc or PhD).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with structured data.
• Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a regulated environment.
• Clear communicator able to explain data issues and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player.

Nice to have:

• Experience or knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and regulatory data standards.
