Job summary

Seargin, a dynamic multinational tech company operating in 50 countries, is looking for a Junior Master Data Management Support in Warsaw on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office).

You will join the Product & Substance Master Data team to find, transform, encode IDMP information, ensure data quality, and support BAU, backlog, and AI-tool development as needed. Fluent English required; MSc/PhD in chemistry or pharma preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Background in IDMP and master data concepts; MSc or PhD preferred.
• Strong attention to detail when working with structured data.
• Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a regulated environment.
• Clear communicator able to explain data issues to business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Find, extract, transform, check and encode IDMP-related information.
• Compare multiple datasets to ensure data consistency and coherence.
• Recommend corrections and improvements to raise data quality across the business.
• Support BAU, backlog, and AI tool development requests for the team.
