Job summary

Sabre Kraków is seeking a Junior Engineer for the CIAS team, joining a hybrid workspace with three days in the Kraków office. You will contribute to developing CIAM-focused backend services using Java and Spring Boot, deployed on Google Cloud Platform.

You will work across the full SDLC, implement tests, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions, while adopting AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java (Java 17/21 preferred).
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services for authentication and identity management.
• Work with automated tests (functional, integration, performance).
• Deploy and operate services in production with full ownership of code.
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and SRE teams to deliver secure scalable solutions.
