Sabre Kraków is seeking a Junior Engineer for the CIAS team, joining a hybrid workspace with three days in the Kraków office. You will contribute to developing CIAM-focused backend services using Java and Spring Boot, deployed on Google Cloud Platform.
You will work across the full SDLC, implement tests, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions, while adopting AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.

The Customer Identity and Access Solutions (CIAS) engineering team is looking for a Junior Engineer. Our scrum teams in Kraków are responsible for developing and maintaining applications that handle Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) for Sabre’s customers across all Business Units. We deliver services and third-party products focused on user authentication, authorization, and customer identity management. Our applications are critical to the company, so stability, security, and scalability are particularly important to us.

In our day-to-day work, we leverage modern technologies including Java 21, Spring Boot, cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions). We are continuously evolving our identity platform and authentication solutions, and you will have the opportunity to influence how we manage identity and access at scale. We also actively adopt AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini) to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and developer experience.
