Job summary

Sabre Polska Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a mid to senior Java engineer for building scalable microservices and secure, cloud-native applications. You will drive design, testing, and CI/CD, ensuring performance and reliability across Sabre's identity and authentication stack.

You’ll collaborate with product teams, security leads, and SREs to modernize session state management in a hybrid work environment, with a focus on clean code and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Solid experience developing core Java applications and RESTful microservices.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot and Spring Frameworks.
• Experience with TDD, unit/integration testing, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Relational databases (SQL) and basic shell scripting (Bash).
• Fluent English (written and spoken); strong troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java microservices and web applications powering identity and session state.
• Promote engineering standards through TDD and code reviews.
• Own feature delivery end-to-end from design to production deployment and monitoring.
• Modernize legacy session management and cloud-native architectures (GCP/Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with product owners, security leads, and SREs to refine requirements.
