Job summary

Profitroom, based in Poznań, is seeking a Junior IT Engineer to join our Corporate IT team. You will provide technical assistance to Profitroom staff, helping them use computer technology effectively and securely.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, perform remote troubleshooting, document procedures, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes. We offer a hybrid work model, English classes, health benefits, and a supportive, flat-structured

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely.
• Willingness to learn and grow IT competencies.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 and Polish at least C1.
• Basic networking and scripting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior IT Engineer to join our Corporate IT team based in Poznań. This role involves providing technical assistance to individuals within our organization. The primary objective is to facilitate the smooth and effective utilization of computer technology by Profitroom staff.

The role

Within this capacity, the IT Engineer takes care of identifying and resolving issues reported by users while also offering guidance and assistance related to operating systems, office software, computer hardware, and network usage.

What you'll actually do
