Job summary

emagine is seeking an IT Analyst within Group Technology to bridge business needs with technical implementation, focusing on the Deposits Domain which handles millions of accounts. The role drives requirements processes, ensuring scalable and quality solutions while coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Hybrid work in Poland with in-office presence around 60% (Gdansk, Gdynia or Warsaw). The position is a B2B contract for 12 months, rate 90 PLN net per hour plus VAT.

The primary goal is to drive requirements processes, ensuring that the solutions delivered meet scalability and quality standards, while facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Clarify, document and communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Drive change initiatives with multiple stakeholders to enable sustainable solutions.
• Strengthen the robustness and quality of applications to ensure a reliable production environment.
• Ensure timely delivery according to standards to meet business needs.
