Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Poland invites applications for the Intercompany Accounting Junior Specialist to join our new GBS Centre in Wroclaw. You will support intercompany processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to process optimization within a growing shared services environment.

The role covers daily intercompany tasks, documenting procedures, liaising with auditors, and collaborating with local OPUs and other GBS streams to deliver accurate service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or accounting is required.
• Understanding of intercompany accounting and reporting principles.
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Executing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with Intercompany-related standards and procedures.
• Ensuring end-to-end Intercompany service delivery and timely daily tasks.
• Administering processes per guidelines, control standards, and policies.
• Liaising with auditors to prepare audit requirements on Intercompany topics.
• Preparing and updating process documentation regularly.
• Defining rules, monitoring standards, and identifying process improvements.
• Collaborating with local OPUs and other GBS streams to resolve issues.
