Job summary

Hitachi Energy’s HR team on Łódź Campus is seeking an HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding, development, and HR projects within a dynamic production environment. You will work closely with managers and staff to drive HR initiatives and build a strong, inclusive culture.

You will collaborate with line managers, guide teams on HR tools and policies, and contribute to data quality and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 2 years in HR are required, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 2 years in HR.
Proactivity, analytical skills and attention to detail required.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Good Excel knowledge; Workday experience a plus.
English B2 and Polish fluency are mandatory.

Responsibilities

Support line managers in leading teams and building a high-performing organization.
Guide managers and employees on HR tools, policies and processes.
Provide coaching on leadership effectiveness, employee development and people matters.
Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive high-performance culture.
Ensure data quality in HR tools and HR reporting.
Liaise with HR Operations on payroll and personal file administration.
Support onboarding of new hires and campus employer branding activities.
Coordinate training activities on site.
