Job summary

Hitachi Energy Poland is seeking an HR professional to support a dynamic production environment at our Łódź Campus. You will partner with managers and employees across recruitment, onboarding, employee development and HR projects, contributing to organizational growth and a thriving workplace.

The role offers broad HR exposure, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and opportunities to develop expertise in HR operations, people development, and campus initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR, with proven partnership with business leaders.
• Proactivity, strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation are required.
• Good knowledge of Excel; experience with Workday is a plus.
• English level B2 and Polish fluency are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support line managers in leading and developing teams, workforce planning, leadership skills, performance and change management.
• Guide/train managers and employees on HR tools, practices, processes and policies.
• Provide coaching to managers on leadership effectiveness and people matters.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high‑performing culture.
• Ensure data quality in HR systems and manage HR reporting.
• Coordinate with HR Operations on payroll and personnel files, and handle escalations.
• Support onboarding of new hires and campus employer branding activities.
• Assist with on‑site training activities.
