Job summary

Sperasoft, a leading game co-development company and part of Keywords Studios, invites a Junior Service Engineer to join its Cracow team. You will troubleshoot hardware, network, and software, assemble computers, install OS/software, manage cabling, and oversee servers with maintenance tasks in a fast-paced game development environment.

Successful candidates will engage with an international team, learn continuously, and contribute to high-quality AAA titles.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in hardware, network, and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11 troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Active Directory (user account management).
• Ability to write technical documentation precisely.
• Ability to provide end-user face-to-face and remote support; can-do service attitude.
• Knowledge of PC, network, and procurement processes; ability to order parts quickly and inexpensively.
• Great English and Polish (both speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Processing complex requests, network, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Computer ordering, construction, staging, OS, and software installation.
• Networking cabling, bundling, and troubleshooting.
• Server oversight and maintenance (without direct administration).
• Software, electrical, and cooling maintenance.
