Job summary

MOL Polska is seeking a capable professional in Gdańsk to support reporting, fleet system operations, and IT testing. You will prepare regular business reports, verify system functionality, and help optimize processes in an energized, international setting.

The role requires databases experience, strong Excel/SQL skills, and excellent communication in English. This on-site position offers an employment contract and opportunities for development within the MOL Group.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing and delivering regular business reports
• Ensuring the functionality of fleet systems in terms of error handling, problem analysis, notifications and verification of repair implementation
• Supporting the process of testing new functionalities of IT systems, including preparing test scenarios and reporting results.
• Optimization of systems and processes

Requirements:

• Experience in building databases,
• Good knowledge of MS EXCEL and SQL will be an advantage
• Communication skills and teamwork skills
• English at an advanced level
• Analytical and technical skills will be an added advantage
