MOL Polska is seeking a Cards Service Sales Representative to drive B2B sales for fuel cards and related services. You will actively acquire new customers, negotiate agreements, and expand the customer portfolio while coordinating with MOL Group units to maintain high service standards.

Formación

• 3+ years in B2B sales
• Familiar with fuel industry and TSL market a plus

Cards Service Sales Representative (K/M)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales; familiarity with the fuel industry and the TSL (transport, shipping, and logistics) market is a plus. At least one year of experience in a sales expert role.
• Ability to organize own work,
• Goal-oriented, high personal culture, ability to build lasting relationships,
• Analytical skills, ability to work under time pressure
• Actively acquire new customers and business partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare and conclude sales agreements.
• Develop sales of fuel cards and additional services offered by MOL.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and continuously develop the customer portfolio.
• Cooperate with MOL Group organizational units to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Support customers in using digital tools and channels.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and propose initiatives supporting business growth.
• Report sales activities and performance using Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in projects aimed at developing the product offering and improving customer service standards.
